That tank top has such a great neckline! I spent about 2 years looking for a tank top with no luck and then realised one day I could wear mine backwards to get the neckline I wanted. I don’t have much in the chest area though so not if that made it easier for me to do that.
I’ve been thinking hard about style and fashion content lately and there’s so few that doesn’t make me want to shop (yours and a handful of newsletters on this platform are exceptions). It’s really made me very cautious about being online and what I log into.

I have a few cotton hemp shirts and wear them constantly in the warmer weather (thats 25-35+ degrees C here in Sydney). I think the ivory colour will be more resistant to greying and also being a little softer in colour will help it blend with more items rather than the high contrast white?

The majority are things you have discovered you needed to fill a hole in your wardrobe - impulse controlled! I think I really need to take the leap and get off instagram. Knowing all the trends and what is available in stores is holding me back!
Thanks, Rach! I'm really pleased with how it's going and I really do feel like I've made a significant lifestyle change. I'd say that getting off Instagram has been so great for my wardrobe, my budget and also my well-being! Once I was no longer being shown the accounts that I was following and I started to realize that what I was seeing, and hearing, were the same things over and over, it got a lot easier!
We’re visiting our son in Oregon this week. There is a great thrift store near him that a always hit when we are here. This time I got a pair of white jeans, a pair of shorts and a pair of slippers for me, two pairs of jeans for my daughter, two pairs of denim shorts for my granddaughter, and some baby toys for my daughter’s office. All for $21! I’m going to take it all home and play in my closet and then decide if I want to go on my usual monthly thrift store/coffee run next week. Maybe just the coffee?
